The team is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Data & AI to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to redefine business processes and enhance customer experiences through intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that integrate AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein and Service Cloud Voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize workflows using Amazon Connect and Agentforce.
- Lead data architecture discussions and ensure best practices in data management and analytics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce architecture and development, particularly in Data & AI applications.
- Proficiency in integrating AI solutions and predictive analytics into Salesforce environments.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on AI and data solutions.
