The team is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong focus on AI and Agentforce technologies. This role is pivotal in redefining business processes through innovative AI solutions and Salesforce integration. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that integrate AI capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein and Service Cloud Voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy intelligent workflows using Agentforce and Amazon Connect.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce architecture.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and Salesforce technologies to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a strong focus on AI integrations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce products, including Service Cloud, Einstein, and Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Experience with conversational AI and predictive analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and AI solutions.
