About this role
The team is seeking a next-generation Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong blend of deep Salesforce platform expertise and AI-driven development practices. This role is pivotal in co-authoring intelligent solutions and driving innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance system functionality.
- Integrate AI models using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create intelligent applications.
- Utilize tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Codex to streamline development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and AI integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with AI-driven development and integration, particularly using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Codex.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
