About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Apex programming, and Salesforce APIs, along with experience in Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Customize and configure Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel routing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Apex programming.
- Proficient in Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Experience with Data Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
