About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) Trainer to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role involves owning the end-to-end enablement process for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ensuring that teams are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to trainees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its functionalities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in instructional design and training methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and assess training needs effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce certifications is a plus.
Experience: 5-8 years in a training or SME role related to Salesforce products.
