The team is seeking a Salesforce Platform Product Owner to join their Digital Office team in Chennai, India. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to inform future enhancements.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically with Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive product strategy.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in product ownership or management, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
