The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect for a remote contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the integration of customer data across various platforms to enhance marketing strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing marketing automation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of customer data integration and management.
- Proficiency in marketing automation best practices and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of IT experience, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
