The team is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join their team. This role is based in Jaipur or Bangalore and involves working closely with clients to enhance their customer journey through effective marketing automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement key use cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within our SaaS-based customer journey.
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BCA, MCA, BTech).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role is required.
