About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce Manual Tester to help design, build, and continuously improve their online platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions while adhering to best practices and standards. You will take ownership of the resiliency and availability of various products and be a productive member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
- Prepare test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute manual testing on Salesforce applications and document results.
- Identify, record, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of manual QA experience with hands-on Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and testing methodologies.
- Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
