About this role

The team is seeking a Salesforce Lead Consultant for Projects to successfully build and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to diverse business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of both declarative and custom tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Customize Salesforce configurations, installations, and setups of standard and custom objects.
  • Define object relationships, field types, validation rules, and ensure data integrity settings are in place.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and implementation across multiple products.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with Experience Cloud, CPQ, and/or FSL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation.
