The team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Analyst - QA to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce integrations and customizations, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that arise. A deep understanding of Salesforce and its various integrations is essential, along with experience in QA testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce integrations.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the integration process.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not disrupt existing functionality.
- Analyze integration requirements and provide QA input during the development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and customizations.
- Proficient in QA testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce integration and QA testing.
