The team is seeking a Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Developer to help design, build, and continuously improve their online platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions while adhering to best practices and standards. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the resiliency and availability of various products, as well as being a productive member of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end service lifecycle solutions, including work order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service operations and customer experience.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and B2C service operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform and related technologies.
- Experience with service lifecycle management and work order processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Field Service solutions.
