About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud – Tech Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the technical architecture and solution design for Experience Cloud implementations, which include both Customer and Partner portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical architecture and solution design for Experience Cloud implementations.
- Develop licensing strategies, data models, security models, and integration architectures.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with client stakeholders, including IT, Digital, Customer Experience, and Channel/Partner teams.
- Translate business goals into a coherent technical roadmap.
- Make and defend architectural decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, licensing strategies, and data security.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementations and technical leadership.
