The team is seeking a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce and specialized expertise in Experience Cloud. This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying digital portals, customer help centers, and partner communities utilizing the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure and customize digital portals and help centers to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, specifically the Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
