About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce DevOps operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, issue resolution, and deployment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor release activities across multiple Salesforce environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and other related DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce DevOps processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management and automation.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce DevOps.
