About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to enhance and extend their Sales Cloud platform and AI-powered applications. This hands-on role involves developing custom Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrating Salesforce with Claude.ai to incorporate AI capabilities into seller workflows, and consolidating the Salesforce footprint into a single, well-governed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with Claude.ai to streamline and enhance seller workflows.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Architects to ensure best practices in governance and architecture.
- Assist in the consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a unified platform.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the Sales Cloud platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its capabilities.
- Experience with AI integrations, particularly with Claude.ai or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce governance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
