The team is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their Enterprise & Finance Systems team. This role is crucial for enhancing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business operations and finance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to the needs of the enterprise and finance teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce systems.
- Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with finance systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
