About this role
The team is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join their Global IT team and help drive the evolution of their Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work on business-critical applications that support the global Go-To-Market organization, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop integrations with various enterprise platforms to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
