About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud to join their team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Service Cloud framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement and manage REST and SOAP integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Work with Console, Omnichannel, and Case Management features to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform Salesforce configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active PD1 certification.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
