About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Support Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce technologies and a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APEX, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a hybrid role based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce application support and development.
