About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Specialist to lead and execute complex data migration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting data from legacy systems, transforming and cleansing it, and securely loading it into the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with integration architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure data integrity, optimal performance, and a seamless transition to Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Extract, transform, and cleanse data to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with integration architects to design data migration strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.
- Provide support and training to stakeholders on data migration best practices.
- Monitor and optimize data migration performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model and architecture.
- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience: 5-8 years in data migration, preferably in Salesforce.
