About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and omnichannel customer engagement architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Optimize existing data architectures to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead data integration efforts across multiple platforms and systems.
- Develop strategies for identity resolution and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel engagement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with identity resolution and customer engagement strategies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field.
