The team is seeking an accomplished and strategic Lead Front-End Developer with extensive expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and in-depth knowledge of Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). This pivotal leadership role demands a seasoned professional capable of architecting and overseeing the development of scalable, high-performance, and visually compelling eCommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front-end engineers to deliver high-quality eCommerce applications.
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, back-end development, and product management teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and Salesforce.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in front-end development and team leadership in eCommerce environments.
