About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce.com Developer to join their GTM Systems and Tools team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain custom solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner with Revenue Operations and GTM Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and native platform tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
