About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Developer to lead the design, development, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce applications. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with multiple teams to drive technical solutions and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through testing and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, specifically with CG Cloud and Retail Execution.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques in Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a lead or consultant role.
