The team is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant (Product Owner) to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives for ambitious brands, focusing on creating innovative solutions that address complex challenges and seize future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Act as a Product Owner, prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and gather feedback from users.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and features, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis or consulting, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
