About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join their team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, requiring availability during the hours of 3.00 AM to 12.00 PM PST (US Pacific Time). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both automated and manual test strategies for Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test cases for Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
- Conduct manual testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving testing processes and tools.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ testing and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages and test automation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in QA engineering with a focus on Salesforce CPQ.
