Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce.com configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits of the Salesforce system.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator is a must.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Good to have: Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce.com development experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in an analyst role with at least 3 years of experience using Salesforce.com.
