About this role
The team is seeking a Salesforce.com System Analyst with strong operational, troubleshooting, and technical skills to help support, maintain, and enhance their Salesforce.com ecosystem. As an IT System Analyst, you will be part of the core Salesforce.com team that supports and maintains critical enterprise applications. Your role will involve ensuring the availability and performance of the application and its integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the Salesforce.com platform and its related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.com and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce.com administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration or system analysis.
