The team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Pune. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce and a strong understanding of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement AI-driven features and functionalities within the Salesforce environment.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and architecture are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and AI integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience working with AI technologies, specifically in the context of Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- 10-12 years in Salesforce and AI technologies.
