About this role
The team is seeking an experienced RWE SAS Programmer with a strong background in Real World Evidence (RWE) and Real World Data (RWD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large real-world datasets and translating them into meaningful analytical outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for RWE studies using real-world data sources such as claims data, electronic health records, and registries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analyses that meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data handling and reporting.
- Perform quality control and validation of datasets and analytical outputs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior programmers and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAS programming, with extensive experience in RWE studies.
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with large datasets and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in SAS programming and RWE.
