About this role
The team is seeking a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join their innovative team. This role will focus on scaling a large catalog-driven marketplace platform while addressing various challenges related to search, performance, creator tooling, growth systems, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application stack.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of API development and integration.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails.
