The team is seeking a dedicated RPA Production Support Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role involves providing 24x7 operational support for business-critical automation processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain RPA systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide L1/L2 support for automation incidents and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve automation failures.
- Assist in the deployment of new automation solutions and updates.
- Document processes and support procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of automation processes and best practices.
- Experience in a production support environment with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in RPA support or related fields.
