The team is seeking an experienced RPA Engineer to join their innovative team dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support clinical insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA workflows and processes.
- Maintain documentation of RPA processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize existing RPA solutions for performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
