The team is seeking a skilled RPA Developer specializing in UiPath to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and determine process complexity for automation.
- Estimate effort for each activity throughout the RPA life cycle.
- Design and deliver technical solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Prepare detailed specifications based on defined solutions.
- Develop proposals that align with client needs and requirements.
- Set up and maintain the infrastructure necessary for RPA development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with UiPath.
- Experience with multiple RPA tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere (AA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with RPA best practices and methodologies.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of total experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
