About this role
The team is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their team in Ahmedabad, specializing in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will own the UI/UX strategy and enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own UI/UX strategy and customer journey development.
- Design wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
- Continuously improve homepage search, booking, and checkout flows.
- Coordinate implementation efforts with external development partners.
- Analyze user behavior using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize conversion rates.
- Benchmark designs against industry leaders like Booking.com, Airbnb, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, and MakeMyTrip.
- Maintain design system and ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct quality assurance before every release.
- Prepare monthly reports on user experience metrics and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the travel sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
