About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to join their team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage the technical delivery of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations. You will work remotely while collaborating with global teams to ensure successful project delivery across various geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical delivery of Salesforce configurations and custom developments.
- Oversee data migration processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand project requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams and be flexible with work hours as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation processes.
- Familiarity with source code management, version control, and code deployment standards.
- Ability to debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams and clients.
- Experience in working with global teams is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, preferably with Salesforce.
