About this role
The team is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for building AI-powered products, agents, and internal tools, transforming prototypes into secure, production-ready systems, and developing APIs, data models, and user interfaces using Node.js, MongoDB, and React/Next.js.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain AI-powered products and internal tools.
- Develop secure, production-ready systems from prototypes.
- Create and integrate APIs, data models, and interfaces.
- Work with LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and structured extraction.
- Own deployment, infrastructure, monitoring, and security aspects of applications.
- Build evaluation and guardrail systems for AI applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong backend experience with Node.js/Express.js and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with frontend technologies like React/Next.js.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and deployment practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of engineering experience in full stack development.
