About this role
The team is seeking a Reporting and Data Analyst to support their performance analytics team. This role focuses on assets under management (AuM) and performance reporting for a high-growth open-end and closed-end real estate product line. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between fund administrators and the US-based parent company to facilitate efficient data transfer to CP US systems. Additionally, the role involves transitioning Europe funds to CP US systems and supporting capital raises and client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the performance analytics team with AuM and performance reporting.
- Act as a liaison between fund administrators and the US parent company.
- Facilitate efficient data transfer to CP US systems.
- Transition Europe funds to CP US systems.
- Assist in capital raise efforts and client services.
- Prepare bespoke reporting and recurring marketing materials.
- Respond to RFP, RFI, and due diligence information requests.
- Support investor and consultant inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably in the financial services or real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with performance analytics and fund management processes is a plus.
