Remote 5+ years in PRPC PEGA Freelancing Developer

Our client is seeking a skilled PEGA Developer to work as a freelancer and consultant. This remote position requires a professional with a strong background in PEGA development to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into PEGA-based solutions.
• Design and develop PEGA applications using the PEGA PRPC platform.
• Customize and configure PEGA applications to meet specific business needs.
• Implement PEGA best practices and design patterns to ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of PEGA applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other developers and technical teams to integrate PEGA applications with other systems and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC development.
• Proficiency in PEGA PRPC tools, including PEGA Designer Studio, PEGA Express, PEGA Case Designer, PEGA Data Designer, and PEGA App Studio.
• Solid understanding of PEGA application architecture, frameworks, and design principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing PEGA solutions using PEGA PRPC version 7.x or higher.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experienced working in a global delivery model and should be flexible to have some overlap with US hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
