The team is seeking a skilled Release Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for various applications, ensuring that build, test, and deployment processes are efficient and automated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Work on scripting and automating routine tasks such as code deployments, server provisioning, and configuration management.
- Monitor build and deployment processes, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure the stability of the release process.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline workflows and improve release cycles.
- Implement best practices for version control, build automation, and deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in release engineering or DevOps roles.
