About this role
The team is seeking a Regional (Site IT / Hub) Lead to oversee and manage IT operations across multiple sites within a designated region. This role is crucial in ensuring that technology and systems are aligned with business goals, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT initiatives and projects across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
- Manage and coordinate IT support teams to provide seamless service to all regional locations.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and services, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the region.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking.
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT management or a similar role.
