About this role
The team is seeking a React & Node Lead to oversee the development of innovative applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, specifically React and Node.js, and will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of applications using React and Redux.
- Develop APIs using Node.js to support application functionality.
- Create and manage HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and NPM packages.
- Design and implement database schemas that align with business processes.
- Utilize code versioning tools, such as Git, to manage and maintain code integrity.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and management.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 4 or more.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
