React Native (with some C#) Developer - 100% Remote - 12 Month Contract

The team is seeking a skilled React Native Developer with some C# experience for a 12-month remote contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and web application development, specifically focusing on React Native. This role involves merging two teams into one cohesive unit, requiring collaboration and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications with a focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
• Ensure cross-browser/platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Write clear, concise, and well-documented code.
• Effectively manage timelines and expectations.
• Perform and lead code reviews.
• Coordinate releases with other squads.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable application architectures.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and UX/UI members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Partner with backend developers to define API contracts, data models, and integration strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of web and mobile application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React Native.
• Proven experience in building applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs.
• Experience working with distributed development teams in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of optimizing React Native apps for iOS and Android.
• Some experience with C# is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on development experience in web and mobile application design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Proficient in responsive design and layout aesthetics.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and component libraries.
• Knowledge of AI, Git, Redux, and React Native web.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Healthcare, Epic, or other EHR knowledge is a plus.
