About this role
The team is seeking a skilled React Developer Systems Engineer to join their dynamic web development team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining React applications while collaborating with agile scrum teams. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio that includes retail, commercial, and international e-commerce solutions, as well as internal employee applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) architecture.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web development, specifically with React.
