About this role
The team is seeking an R2R L2 Support Expert specializing in Oracle ERP. This role involves providing Level 2 techno-functional support for assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, alongside a strong understanding of related business processes, integrations, reporting solutions, and connected applications. The position is based in Bangalore and is part of the ERP Ecosystem Run Delivery Manager’s team, contributing to the global Oracle Competence Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Collaborate with the ERP Ecosystem Run Delivery Manager’s team to ensure operational excellence.
- Assist in knowledge management and service improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to business processes and integrations.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions and connected applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Proficient in techno-functional support and understanding of business processes.
- Familiarity with integrations and reporting solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP support and development.
