The team is a rapidly growing Indian food ingredient company specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized seasoning systems, spice blends, and functional ingredient solutions for the food processing industry. We are seeking an R&D Lab Assistant specializing in sample preparation to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of samples for various food products. You will work closely with the R&D team to ensure that all samples are prepared accurately and efficiently, contributing to the development of innovative food ingredient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples for testing and analysis in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist in the formulation and testing of new product concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of sample preparation and test results.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the sample preparation process.
- Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in food product development.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
