About this role
The team is seeking an R&D Data Analyst & Clinical IT Partner to support their R&D data foundation. This role will be instrumental in managing the formulation and ingredient database within PLM, ensuring the integrity and alignment of data structures with SAP, MDM, and RIMS, while also serving as a vital IT Business Partner for Clinical Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the formulation and ingredient database in PLM.
- Build and maintain ingredient and formulation data structures that support R&D and downstream systems.
- Ensure alignment of data with SAP (Material Master), MDM (golden record governance), and RIMS (regulatory status by market).
- Act as the trusted point of contact for Clinical Operations as the Clinical Product Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the R&D or clinical environment.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, SAP, and data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and working in a collaborative team environment.
