About this role
The team is seeking an Intermediate Quality Automation Engineer (SDET) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and performance of software products through automated testing. You will work closely with development teams to create, maintain, and execute test plans that verify requirements and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Execute test plans and document results, identifying defects and ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
