The team is a highly successful, long-established commercial property insurance company with a focus on science and risk engineering. They are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our insurance products and services. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement testing strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing to ensure product stability.
- Assist in the development of quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
